F&LA discipline provides national leadership in the area of jewellery design. The course addresses design, management, marketing and technological issues, and a strong industry orientation is reflected in its credo 'Design for Business', with the most successful industry education interface in student learning.
Technology Under Graduate Programmes
Fashion Technology
The program trains students in the core garment manufacturing technology. The focus is on core technology in garment manufacturing, providing an opportunity to learn best practices worldwide. The opportunities for this specialization exist in medium to large sized garment manufacturing organizations and technology development organizations.
Management Post Graduate Programmes
Fashion Management Studies
The program imparts apparel specific marketing, merchandising and management professional education to enable the students to respond to rapidly changing demands of the industry.
